Seeing an issue with View RDS Farm where the hosts (W2K12 R2) fail to logoff disconnected sessions.
There is a global max session setting of 14 hours. The RDS farm is then set to logoff disconnected sessions after 3 hours.
This RDS farm is used for accessing Remote Apps (AppVolumes). This did work in View 7.5.1. If i reboot an RDS host, it does seem to enforce that setting for a time, but the issue then reappears. I can log into the RDS host and manually log off the sessions.
I checked local and domain Group Policy but the "Set time limit for disconnected sessions" was not set anywhere.
Anyone else see this after 7.8 upgrade? I also upgraded VMware Tools (10.3.5), UEM Agent (9.7) and AppVol Agent (2.16) on the RDS hosts. The upgrade order was -
