Trying to add Horizon View Connection Server to Collector

Hi

I have been trying to add a connection server to the Skyline Collector

but get the error below on the collector

I am running the latest version

There was an error while trying to add your Horizon View:
                            Socket timeout.
                            Please try a different configuration

Has anyone seen this

Can you confirm if we are using Horizon 7 Administrators (read-only) predefined role to register, details:Predefined Administrator Roles
