Skyline Advisor Last Activity 4 Days Ago

After upgrading my collector to from 2.0.0.2 to 2.1.0, Skyline Advisor hasn't updated. All of the endpoints look good.

But advisor doesn't.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your post. We have already to noticed this behavior across several accounts and we working towards confirming if this is an expected behavior after the upgrade .

This issue is now resolve internally and the data collection has restarted.

This was a general solution or you resolved it only in case of this account? I have updated my collector to version 2.1, but on the Account Details page I can see 2.0.0.2 and 'updated 2 days ago'

Hi ,

This was a general solution provided by fixing issues in the back-end and it was not account specific.

As data processing happens every 2 days the change in version after the upgrade should reflect within in the next 2 days . Please feel free to write to us if your problem persists.
