User Profile Service Issue at Pool Login

We are in a Dev testing environment with 7.5 and receive this error when attempting to login to a new pool:

We installed UEM but didn't fully configure it. We've pretty much narrowed down the issue to something in AD. The master image is cleaned up and we know that isn't the issue because we are receiving the same error on a pool that we created before we installed UEM. Any ideas as to exactly how to fix this? We have seen several recommendations but none so far have worked. Any help would be appreciated. We are about to contact a TAM, but just wanted to see if anyone in the community might have been in this situation and worked through it?

Many thanks!

JJ

Are you using mandatory profiles? Taking horizon out this message usually comes up when something is wrong with the profile, if your have the mandtory profile on a share I'd make sure nothing changed there. If not maybe try method 3 in the below article, its from windows 7 but the idea is the same

outside of this I'd remove all the agents and reinstall them. If that doesn't work I'd open a SR.

We didn't customize UEM and we have removed it. So, I am not sure what was set. I updated the agent (installed 7.8) and re-snapped / deployed the image. Still receive the same error. So, looks like we are gonna talk to our TAM and see if they can figure out what happened. Appreciate the feedback!
