Upgrade from 7.1 to 7.5

Hello guys,

I made an upgrade of horizon from 7.1 to 7.5 and I have many problems.

Now the CS is 7.5.1 and agents 7.5.0

1) after pool creation some stations are with status STARTUP and nobody can login there. After restart it is ok (Available)

2) When I use the user who used the previous version without problems, now the start is stucks on a reading of persona management configuration. Only one way helps - delete old profile and re-create the new one. And when I would like to use the old pool, still stucks on persona management - is it any incompatibility?

Can you give me some advice how to resolve these problems? or do you have any experiences with this upgrade?

EDIT: should I update admx for PerManag as well? I think if I configured GPO for it, I can use it in new version, right?

I don't use persona management but I've heard of issues with it specifically in 7.5/7.5.1/7.6 and possibly newer. Some users have reported that rolling back to Horizon Agent 7.4.0 should fix it. I would advise getting an SR in with VMware to understand which versions are working.

Even with 7.8 there is a known issue with a solution available if you contact support.
