This issue is now resolve internally and the data collection has restarted.

This was a general solution or you resolved it only in case of this account? I have updated my collector to version 2.1, but on the Account Details page I can see 188.8.131.52 and 'updated 2 days ago'
This was a general solution provided by fixing issues in the back-end and it was not account specific.
As data processing happens every 2 days the change in version after the upgrade should reflect within in the next 2 days . Please feel free to write to us if your problem persists.
