Migrate vcenter 6.0u3 with external psc server to 6.7 appliance.

I have a vcenter server 6.0u3 with a seperate psc server.

We won't to migrate to 6.7u1 appliance.

Can I migrate both servers to 1 appliance 6.7u1?

Or do I have to migrate to 2 seperate appliances, first the psc and second the vcenter.?

You could check this Announcing vSphere 6.7 Update 2, vSphere Platinum updates, and vSphere ROBO Enterprise - VMware vSph...  since "The vCenter Server Converge Tool introduced in vSphere 6.7 Update 1 enables VI admins to seamlessly migrate topologies with external PSCs to topologies with embedded PSCs. With the new vCenter Server Converge Tool UI in vSphere 6.7 Update 2, infrastructure teams now have an intuitive snapshot of their environments that enables VI admins to make informed life cycle management decisions. Today I started the migration to 6.7U1 appliance.

I have a seperate vcenter en psc server, sow I started with the psc server migration to 6.7u1, everthing was looking ok.

The appliance for psc was created succesfully.

Then I started on the migration for the vcenter server, I ran the migration assistant and then it started to go wrong.

I got a error : failed to retrieve version information from remote platform services controller.

the psc appliance was nicelly up ad running with the correct name and ipadresse

I could ping from the vcenter server to the psc appliance.

I rebooted the psc appliance, tried again the migration of the vcenter, same error.

I did a reboot of the vcenter server -> issue with vcenter service that didn't start.

I removed the psc appliance and brougth the old psc server back online, now everyghing works again.

Any idea why I got the error from the migration assistant??
