Updated to 2.1 Skyline advisor does not see new version, no updates

Hi,

I updated our collectors to the 2.1 version, all looks ok from the local admin interface. Logs get uploaded etc.

(i had to reset the root password before updating of the collector appliance)

The Skyline advisor has not updated for 2 days, and the collector versions are still on 2.0.0.2

How do i fix this ?

Hi Diederik,

Thank you for the information. The collectors are upgraded to 2.1. It would take upto 48 hours to have the version updated in advisor. I would let you know when the advisor data is updated.

Hi Diederik,

It takes upto 48 hours to reflect the updated version in advisor. Kindly share the collector id details in the below link so that I can validate from the backend.
