Hello Jeff,

There is no Organization registered by your MyVMware Account,  The CSP Organization you are trying to access has been set up by another user, hence you are not able to log on to the Advisor.

The current user need to provide access to your account, for you to login to the Advisor.

I have shared the current user account details with you over an email.

Sincerely, Aditya Gottumukkala Skyline Skyline Moderator VMware Inc

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for contacting Skyline Community.

The issue generally occurs, if the Advisor page for the customer is not yet ready, it takes about 48 hours from the time of Collector registration for the Advisor to be ready.

Please share your Collector detail on the following link, we will check if there is an issue on the backend:

VMware Skyline Community - Smartsheet.com

Also please migrate to CSP if you are still using MyVMware authentication. Please use the following link to login using MyVMware authentication to CSP:

https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor?authtype=myvmware

already filled out Smartsheet.   Still happening this morning.

Tried to migrate to CSP as you said and I get the same error as in my original post.

FWIW one person on the team can log in and 3 cannot. I believe all are using myvmware.com creds
