Can you use Affinity groups to separate Horizon and Non horizon in the same cluster.

I have 6 host 3 with GPUs and 3 with out.  I have enough overhead for desktops to live on three and servers to live on three. Three are licensed for Servers and three are licensed for horizon.  Is it possible to build virtual clusters using affinity groups.  I am thinking the horizon VMS need to have a rule to land on a host with a GPU. the non horizon are opposite.   Then DRS would force the VM's to conform to the rules.

What upgrade issues can I anticipate down the road?

What day to day issues can I expect?

This seems problematic, are your gpu desktops non persistent, if so this won't work at all. At least in my experience I tried this one with rdsh hosts, and when they were refreshed the were pulled out of the affinity rules and required to be readded again.
