I've had VM Fusionware Version 8.5.3 for about 3 Years-Using on a MacBook pro (Late 2013)-Mac OS Mojave 10.14.3- I use it very infrequently. Only about Once a year when completing my tax returns. All has always been good. I also should mention the Upgrade to Mojave was very recent.Today when I tried to get on to the Virtual machine, the Windows screen came up as normal. All looked good. The cursor was movable but when I tried to click on my files or any other icons, all seemed frozen. Nothing could be selected. I quit Fusionware and tried again numerous times. I shut down the Mac and restarted. No luck anywhere. I called VM support and I was apparently cut off after 18 months. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance!

In order to support MacOS Mojave, you need to upgrade Fusion to version 11 as mentioned by this KB article.
