Problem Installation VMWare 15 windows 8.1

Hello everyone  ,

I'am having a problem that when i'm trying to install VMware WorkStation 15 Pro  on my Win8.1 64bit i got this error (Error "Setup cannot continue. The Microsoft Runtime DLL installer failed to complete installation) i tried so many solutions but its still the same problem.

Would you please try following steps?

close any running applications. Then goto "control panel"->"Uninstall a program", if you can find these two items:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable (x86)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable (x64)

Uninstall them, and reboot. (notice, you may get some error message at this time, just ignore them).

After reboot, launch VMware Workstation installer again.

When the installation done, please reboot system even without prompt.

i try to uninstall these two items but the same message appear during the installation.

Make sure your temp directory exists and has the correct permissions.  Go to a command prompt and type:

Set t

Look for "TEMP=" and  "TMP=" folder locations.  Make sure they exist and that you have full access permissions to them.
