cannot download certificate and its active ...!

i am not able to see the download button next to my active certificate ? only the status for it and its active .....other certificate i can download them pdf or logo ....but i passed vsan like month ago but cannot see the download pdf ot logo buttons ? any idea ?

vSAN 2017 Specialst is just a digital badge. There is no pdf certificate for this. But you can claim and display the badge via Acclaim:

Far as I know there is , because when I was sending VMware team since it took more than 15 days to update the status they told me to wait and I'll be able to download it  ,they didn't mention PDF or Smth but told me I'll download it soon it will be shown on the portal , are you sure its just digital badge or should I send them again . thanks

In this case it takes very long time with all the badges. At least for my certifications/badges. :smileygrin:
