Connection was Unsuccessfull.Are you using the correct proxy IP Addressand Port ?

Hello All,

I am getting the error " Connection was Unsuccessfull.Are you using the correct proxy IP Addressand Port ? " after upgrading / deploying new as well when i do the initial configuration as Network  connectivity after deploying ( TEST CONNECTIVITY) . The same appliance was working fine older version 1.3. After migrating to 2.0 i am getting the error.

Let me know if any one have the solution.

Note: We are not using any proxy for this datacenter.

Please try a different IP address for testing and configure Skyline. If the issue persists, please share the required details using the below link and let us know your availability for a web ex session to work on this issue.

Hi Narasimha,

Good Day!

I have already changed the IP address and tested the same but still no luck.

I am working in IST time zone from 10 Am to 7pm.

Monday to Friday.. Reach me at any time so that we will work.
