De-register inactive collector from Skyline Advisor

My organization made an error when deploying our initial collector, though it did get registered to my account. A newly deployed collector was configured properly, and so the old appliance was deleted. How do I initiate a manual deregistration of a collector that will never come back? There doesn't appear to be an automated way to do this. It would be nice to not have to ask in the forum. Is there a moderator that could assist with this?

Hi,

There is no automated way to do this. Please share the required details using the below link and I will get it deregistered with the help of our back end team.
