any idea why? DNS and everything is configured conrrectly
Can you confirm that your vCSA have internet access? And you can always download the ISO patch and map to vCSA VM as described here: https://www.vladan.fr/how-to-patch-vmware-vcenter-server-appliance-vcsa-6-7-offline/
