How to get an alert when an IP range in a vRA network profile is nearly exhausted

We have vRA7.3 and I need to get an alert when the IP network range gets exhausted in a network profile. Can't seem a way of setting this in the UI as not listed in the reservation alerts, can it be done any other way? Maybe Logininsight with the vra dashboard or API query?

Would ideally prefer something similar to other reservation alerts when it triggers an email when the IP range is (say) 90% used.

Thanks

The only way is to create a workflow and schedule it to run every day/hour (depends on what time frame you want). You can use vRA REST API to query the network profiles and send out the notification (emails / SMS). I've done something similar but not the network profiles.

How can we get the next available IP address for a deployment from vra network profile ?

These are all valid reasons to not use the internal network profile over an external IPAM solution. vRA network profiles are too basic for most production use cases and, as you're seeing, don't have a whole lot of features and scalability built in.

We are not using external IPAM solution.
