Fixed HDD size

Hi, I have a question with VMware virtual machine setting.

I didn't set the virtual machine so I'm not sure why this is happened.

I really need to increase  the HDD's size at the virtual machine. However, i can't increase or decrease the size.

Can't even touch the number or up/down arrows.

This is the configure screen and the problem is at the red box.

Disks on IDE controllers cannot be hot extended. You will have to turn this VM off to extend its disk.

Delete the snapshots you have on this VM, then that option should open up.

What are the disk types (ide, or scsi)?

What are the virtual disks names?

In some cases snapshots don't show up in the Snapshot Manager although there are active snapshots. In case virtual disks names look like "<vmname>-00000x.vmdk", then it's most likely a snapshot. Assuming you do have sufficient free disk space, you may then create a new temporary snapshot, and then run "Delete All" from the Snapshot Manager.

I've compared HDD configuration between that Virtual machine and other's, and I found that Virtual machine has IDE disk type.

and there wasn't  and virtual disk with vmname_0000x.vmdk
