ram utilization high after migrate vm 6.0 to 6.5

Hello Expert

We have  vm windows 2012 running on 6.5 we saw RAM utilization high and users are complaining slowness.

When this vm was on 6.0 RAM utilization was 68% inside OS , 64 GB ram assigned.

After migrate it on 6.5 RAM utilization +80% inside guest OS

vmware tool etc upgraded.

Any suggestion appreciated

Can you check if the VM is moved to 6.0, if the Guest OS RAM is reduced again?

Please validate which task is taking more memory inside guest OS and see if that value is increasing when moved to 6.5.

Check the power management settings on both ESXi 6.0 and 6.5 and ensure they are same
