You can try to stop the service manually (through Services) and then try uninstallation again.

There is service in your picture, right?

Removing service, if they exists in service manager is possible with sc.exe command tool, or directly by erasing keys in HKLM\CurrentControlSet\Services\xxx, after manipulation of services a reboot is required. However manual manipulation could crash  un-installation,

So the best way is to reboot machine and try to remove Converter Agent after reboot.

I can't understand what the problem is. First time you show Agent installation, last time full Converter installation - which one is true? Is it possible to install over previous installation without clean previous installation as well?

Meanwhile what user you using for uninstall? Should be member of administrators.

First picture is from the server that have problem uninstalling the vmware converter

second picture is from a good server that have installed vmware converter why i attached the picture is to tell you which services is looking on the problematic server to uninstall the vmware converter. i am administrator on that server but still same problem.

Thank you for the fast response on my questions.
