Security Server and IPSec is configured but not active

Hi,

After installation Security Server Successfully and configured without any problem and i have no any error, but my security server not work and in connection server dashboard i receive this error:

IPSec Status: IPSec is configured but not active on the security server and the Connection Server instance.

i send 3 attach of my error and status to see

Please check if firewall is turned on  for both connection server and security server.

If not please turn it ON and have a Check

Reinstall the security server. It will fix the issue.
