Created VM from operating system and won't allow me to login

I created a VM from existing operating system using VM vCenter Converter and when I run it I am not able to login.

One unit will not take the alt-cntrl-del input signal to bring up login and the other will not allow me to type in the password.

I can change user, power down and click on the ok but I just cannot type in the password.

Hi,

This typically happens when people virtualize an existing laptop which has synaptic software and drivers installed.

The way to resolve this is to uninstall the synaptic software and then rerun the physical to virtual migration one more time.
