is all servers hardware supported by ESXi 6.7? Check if all servers components firmware, including BIOS are up to date.

Just because I don't have a "number", no one would talk to me - poorest support I have ever encountered; even Microsoft beats this.

vmrale Feb 11, 2019 11:30 PM (in response to alexg888)I suppose this installator behaviour is intended. It recognizes Your server as headless for some reason and You encounters this "relocating..." problem.

Try to follow this procedure to resolve this issue:
It's for 6.0, but the installator behaviour didn't change in 6.7
