ESXi Exits Maintenance Mode automatically after reboot

We have one server where the host exists maintenance mode automatically after reboot. Ideally, the host should not exit maintenance mode unless we do it manually. I am not sure what particular setting causes this behavior. Other servers in the datacenter works well.

Any idea what causes this or how to prevent this ? ESXi version 6.5

Are all hosts running on the same version/build?

I've seen such a behavior with one of previous patches (after an update), but can't tell you for sure with which one.
