Hi
In Esxi 6.7, created a user with read-on rights. Added this user by the administrator for a particular machine. Everything worked! I preloaded ESXI and this error occurs. At root everything is OK.
Unfortunately, we hit an error that we weren't expecting.
The client may continue working, but at this point, we recommend refreshing your browser and submitting a bug report.
Press the Esc key to hide this dialog and continue without refreshing.

First, try updating your ESXi embedded host client.
Installed 6.7.0 Update 1 (Build 10302608) The latest official download from the site.
That isn't what I said. The embedded host client is released out-of-band from ESXi. Check the link above.
I do not understand what you offer. I read the article, but how does she treat me?
[root@localhost:~] esxcli software vib update -d "/vmfs/volumes/datastore1/tmp/esxui-offline-bundle-6.x-12086396.zip"

The problem with the error is repeated.
Then it may be an actual bug. Submit a bug report to the Flings site as the devs monitor it. They do not provide support here, generally.
