system:
VMware: v.12.5.8 b.7098237
Host OS: Windows 2008 R2 SP1 datacenter (Intel x5470 via adapter on 775 socket, Gigabyte GA-EP45T-Extreme, 16G RAM)
Guest OS: Windows 2008 R2 SP1 datacenter, Windows 2016
VMware config: 1CPU, 1 core, but not matter at all, all guest OS stored on system SSD (Intel S3700)
VMware tools disabling, also no effect.
When copying around 2k 50GB or more files, VMware GUI freezes - only when guest desktop loaded, all working fine until guest logon step, when entering login/pass, few secs and VMware GUI stop responding.
If cancel copying after few sec all works fine.
Freezes affect only vmware.exe (GUI), not guest image, because if kill guest process frozen GUI stay, if kill vmware.exe - GUI reloaded, but after 1-3 sec froze again. Only need stop copying files.
Its actual for local and network files copy. if copy same size but around 10-100 files all is good.
Any suggestion?

All disk work as SATA 2, but support SATA 3, i don't know if its can have any effect on my problem.
