You need to contact support and open a case. This could be an issue with your account that they can resolve. If not they can walk you through locating the download.
Another user is reporting the same issue so this may be a website issue that they need to resolve.
I have tried it with four of my colleagues, my VMware partner and personal accounts and its giving the same result as reported here.
Can someone from VMware have this fixed at the earliest?
