VCSA5.5U3 upgrade to VCSA6.5u2 Pre-Upgrade Check Failed

stage 1 is ok.

stage 2 is fail when per-upgrading

The vm-support.tgz  is writed the error.log

No file found matching /etc/vmware/install-defaults/cm.url

No file found matching /etc/vmware-vpx/vcdb.properties

No file found matching /etc/vmware-vpx/vc-extn-cisreg.prop

cmd "/opt/vmware/bin/sso-config.sh get_identity_sources $VMWARE_LOG_DIR" timed out after 60 seconds due to lack of progress in last 30 seconds (0 bytes read)

File 'vm-support .tgz' is too large.

so i put the logs.

Looks like it can't find any of the files it needs. What's the health of the source appliance like? All services running?

What's the disk space usage on the source appliance? df -h

Also how big is the vCenter environment? How many hosts, VMs etc and anything integrating with vCenter such as SRM, backup software, Citrix/Horizon etc?
