vRealize Business for Cloud 7.4 can't add vCloud Director 9.1

I've installed vRealize Business for Cloud 7.4 stand alone setup with Identity manager and added my 6.5 vCenter successfully.  I would like to now add the vCloud Director 9.1 instance that is attached to that vCenter but it's not listed under " Manage Private Cloud Connections".  Only vCenter Server is listed.  Is there something else I'm supposed to do to be able to add my vCD server?

Did you manage to resolve this?

It should be listed under the  Manage Private Cloud Connections tab in administration, should be the second to last option with NSX manager at the bottom of the list.
