PSOD on new Dell server ESXI 6.7 U1

We have been having some issues with a new Dell server we purchased ST 7GWWHQ2. It is currently running ESXI 6.7.0 U1 but has been run into PSOD issues every couple weeks. We have gone through the dell hardware support which suggested it was an issue with Broadcom 57416 network card. Dell shipped us a replacement but that has not seemed to solve the issue. The PSOD seem to happen less frequently when we disable that card, but do not stop. Is there a way to determine if this is an issue with the hardware, or a bug in vmware?

As I posted in this thread Strange error on ESXi 6.7.0 , verify from vmkernel.log if you see entries from vmw_ahci. It should be an issue with CDROM drive. Please  remove the drive or swap out from another known good working server and monitor.
