Hi

Earlier you had 2 vcenter with 1 PSC .

vcenter 1 is connected to PSC1

Vcenter 2 was also connected to PSC 1

Now:

You have deployed PSC 2

You have pointed vcenter 2 to PSC 2

========================================

I dont see this topology being available in vcenter 6.7 please check below :

Deployment Topologies with External Platform Services Controller Instances and High Availability

Please consider marking this answer as correct and helpful if this helps you.

I has been tried this steps.

But, I have a error.

The error picture as above.

When I retry this command, tell me the change has been completed.

After change vCenter 2 to PSC 2, Can I manage two servers in one interface?

Error  clearly says that "the provided PSC is already the current active psc of this vcenter"

so the PSC name which you have given is that new external PSC name ?

also check which VC is using which PSC at this point in time , does that have any referrence, use below blog to get that info:

/usr/lib/vmware-vmafd/bin/vmafd-cli get-ls-location –server-name localhost

Above command shows you which PSC is used by your vcenter

I know you are trying to repoint existing VC2 to new external PSC and its not working.

Reasonm being some where the previous VC2 to PSC1 connection is still exist.

So please follow below blog and identify to which PSC the VC's are pointed to currently.

This is time issue.

Time between vCenter and PSC is out of sync.
