VDI Desktop is not booting -Repeating going in to PXE

we are facing strange problem.

User started complaining cannot get their desktop.

when i saw, all VDI desktops are powered off.

When I tried to refresh the VDI image, it simply is booting into PXE.

Any hints in troubleshooting problem

Are you seeing this widespread? I've seen this happen a handful of times and either refresh them or deleting and allowing composer to recreate them resolved it.

When you say  PXE, you mean its trying to boot from the network when you look at if from the vsphere console. That to me sounds like the desktop was corrupted from something and needs to be recreated. The refresh option is based of a snapshot, and its possible that snapshot is corrupted. I've seen this with linked clones in the past.

Thank you for your help.

It was noticed that snapshot was corrupted/not working.

we tried with different image, it worked.

So snapshot or something was broken.

But now when we provision VM with same snapshot it is working fine.

I have no clue what has broken.

Was the parent modified in any way (renamed, snapshots deleted, etc...)?
