vcenter endpoint cannot be found in Vra 7.5

Hello Expert,

I am unable to add vsphere endpoint inside Vra 7.5. Please find below vSphereAgent error log . Please help me resolve this issue

Please show a screenshot of what you're configuring. What version of vCenter?

we are using vcenter 6.5.

I have used same Agent name which have mention inside proxy agent . Please see attached print screen  .

First, please learn how to take a proper screenshot and not a photograph of a monitor.

Second, if you are unable to test the connection, you have network communication difficulties to this vCenter. Check your firewall and other networking infra. This does not appear to be a vRA problem.

I am agree with you .

I have take photo from my cell phone  . screenshot  feature  is disable inside my environment.

Checked catalina log and found below log as this indicated network issue .

23-Dec-2018 12:21:45.620 WARNING [tomcat-http--47] com.vmware.vcac.shell.shindig.customizations.ForkBasicHttpFetcher.slowResponseWarning https://Load balancer fqdn/endpoint-configuration-service/api/endpoints/validate is responding slowly. 109,225 ms elapsed.

Hi,

Please check if port 443 is opened in etween vcenter and vRA.

take ssh of vra appliance and do the telnet to vcenter on port 443. Hope it will help.
