Is a "CCNA Cloud" cert accepted as a valid Cisco cert requirement for VCP6-NV?

Hello all,

Quick question - I know CCNA R&S is an acceptable certification to serve as a requirement for VCP6-NV, but I am considering going for the CCNA Cloud certification instead. Will this work?

Thanks in advance for any insight on this.

The VCP6-NV path for Cisco certs doesn't specify whether you have to have a particular derivative of CCNA: VMware Certified Professional 6 – Network Virtualization (VCP6-NV)

However, the submission process in Certification Manager is very specific:

Send an email to certification@vmware.com if you wish to query this.
