It is expected behavior if you do not have vSAN solution in your environment, it will be fixed in upcoming release 2.0.2.
Log Assist allows you to transfer added vCenter endpoints Inventory & ESXi Host Logs Bundle to opened SR's with VMware and the message on the attached screenshot indicates that you do not have any open Support Requests.
