Datastore size Configuration Maximum (vSphere 6.5)

Dear All,

I need to know what is the maximum size configurable for Datastore VMFS 5 can be when running setup of Esxi 6.5, please note I migrated my setup from Esxi 5.5 to 6.5 so VMFS still 5.

The max size is 64TB
