Does ESX NFS client supports NFS 4.0
NFS 4.1 or 3
I can see NFS client is 4.1. I need to know if this client is compatible with NFS 4.0 server ? We are trying to mount the NFS4.0 export and it is failing. Can we force the ESXi NFS client to use NFS 4.0 instead of 4.1 ?
No, NFS 4.0 is not supported. If it isn't stated explicitly (like I did earlier) it isn't supported.
