Can I somehow export the configuration of an ESXi 6.5 Host and get a text file with all the corresponding esxcli commands so I could just change the differences for another Host and then run those commands there?

Not possible, to my knowledge. This is what host profiles is meant to do.

Why don't you use host profile ?

Because after created it, you could export your host profil.
