VM Dependency Restart Condition and Default VM Restart Priority on cluster

Dear all

Hi

if i set Default VM Restart Priority = Medium on my cluster

and set VM Dependency Restart Condition = Guest Heartbeat Detected

and not define any vm override for my virtual machines and just set these config on my cluster now if one of my hosts fail all of m will be restart and up on the other host but want to know when i set

M Dependency Restart Condition = Guest Heartbeat Detected is that mean it won't restart all of vms and wait for each vm that can detect Guest Heartbeat ?

it starts at 7:35 but i suggest to watch the whole session.
