Skyline with HPE support agreement

We have our full support agreement with HPE, is there a way to get this to work with that, or is it not an option unless the agreement is with VMware themselves?

I understand this feature is very essential for your vSphere infrastructure for proactive findings. However, currently it's only available for direct VMware Production and Premier customer's, this may be available in the near future for our partners.
