Does anyone else have this issue?
After a while of use (which in itself causes a whole host of other performance issues i've been complaining about, but will keep separate here) - one very specific problem is that dragging no longer works. For example, dragging emails to folders within Outlook.
When you click and drag - nothing moves with the pointer. It never "picks up" the object. This occurs in other applications too, not just Outlook.
Is this a known problem?
