After upgrading ESXI Host form 5.5 to 6.5 , host cann't connect to vCenter

Hello

I have update vCenter Server from 5.5 to VCSA 6.5 the proccess completed successfully, after that i updated the 1st ESXI host to 6.5 U1, during the task running and at 44% the host disconnected from vCenter and cann't be more reconnected , i removed the host from vCenter and retried to add it again but i cann't, i got the message  " Cannot contact the specified host *****. the host may not be available on the network, a network configuration problem may exist, or the management service on this host may not responding"

the host is pingable from vCenter and i did a test form the host himself, it can ping all devices, i restored the host configuration but still have same error , cannot added to the vCenter.

Dns is correct as the Host is pingable by netbios name or FQDN.

Hardwar is compatibilty approved.Compatipilty ESXI.JPGCompatipilty ESXI-2.JPG
