App volumes 2.12 and OST \ Indexing redirection

Hi

We have recently migrated few test users mailbox to O365 and we found outlook's performance really bad with online mode. Previously we had on-prem exchange so online mode did not affect us much.

So in order to overcome this, we followed the below steps

1) Created a Custom UIA template following KB article 2149799

2) Also used ADMX(UEM) for Office 2016 and redirected the OST

The Above solution is working fine but after few seconds of launch outlook asks for a restart and this message keeps popping up

We followed few posts in the community and tried excluding click to run registry and the path but no luck.

Current Versions are

Horizon 7.2

App volumes 2.12

UEM 9.1

I'd suggest updating to version 2.14 because I thought that version 2.12 does not even support O365 / Office 2016 yet. Might be mistaking but I would first give that a try.

We have planned an update but will not be able to perform it now.But I can see 2.12 release note stating the support for O365
