I have a VCSA 6 deployment and it's on update 3h which is 9291058 but the skyline appliance is reporting that I need to update and it is critical (I'm not getting an email about this only seeing on when logging in), obviously this is a rogue error, has anyone had this issue? What was done to resolve?

If your vCenter Server is running on "vCenter 6.0 Upgrade to 6.0u3h (9451619)" version then no need to worry I will pass the feedback to mute the findings, you can access all the proactive findings from the Advisor anytime, the OSR delivery with automatic email notification trigger is being stopped since we migrated to Advisor.

My version is 9291058 which is update 3h per the chart or am I looking at something wrong?

I would not be able to find out what is the actual version of vCenter "va-1.xxxx.xxxxxxx", as I said if it's already running on recommended build then Build Number: 9291058 & Installer Build Number: 9451619 as per VMware Knowledge Base and we will mute the findings.
