Hi,

Just to confirm, so that we are on the same page.

You mean to say that you have clicked on the same option to login to Advisor using MyVMware Credentials.

Confirm if you have also migrated to CSP.

Please find the link mentioned below which would help in migrating from the regular login to CSP.

https://skyline.vmware.com/get-started/

As the name suggests, CSP is where customers can manage access, billing and consumption of the various VMware SaaS offerings including VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC) and VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension to just name a couple.

Since the migration was initiated yesterday, we would have to wait for a couple of days for the Advisor to be active from Cloud service portal.

The PM system is not working - messages are getting lost, history is not loading and all sorts of other general issues.

Please email me directly - assuming you have my address.

I did the migrate to CSP, and can login and such, however get the

There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database

error for all attempts (tried private and different browsers).

I am the only person setup to use skyline (we tried for more, but it never worked).

Our collector was upgraded from 1.4 -> 2.0.  I see lots of people saying they just installed a new collector - is that expected ?

jbgorrie I would like to inform you that we have currently fixed the issue on the server, because of which you were not able to login to the Skyline Advisor.

You should be able to login to Skyline Advisor without any issues post 2 days.

As we just confirmed that we are able to see all the data from the VC to our VMware Server without any issues.

Sincerely,
Ashwin Prakash

I can only see the page when i use Google Incognito mode.  Not when i use a normal chrome browser tab.  I also cannot see the 2.0 collector that i stood up, only my old 1.4 nodes?

JasonBentley This happens because of cache in the browser.
