I can't find how to remediate a technical support issue..With technical support!

I am the superuser of my account and I have a valid support subscription.  So when I look at "why my product isn't listed" I have only the 3rd choice "get a quote for support" where is the "you're wrong just fing work, you smell butt"

How do a raise a technical support query for technical support issues?
