doesn't work remotly

When I work from home and I am connected to my office thru a VPN tunnel I am unable to connect to any VM using Vmware Remote Console. A windows popup and request credentials saying that the session ticket is not valid or has expired. Typing the credentials doesn't connect to the VM.

If someone knows how to fix that ?

Why dont you try to open RDP connection to VM instead of remote console.

I don't use RDP because I have prohibited the logins to prevent user connections during my work.

My VPN connection is managed thru Juniper and all the ports are opened according to the network guy managing it.
