i have this issue installing the vcenter appliance

here the attached photo of the procedure:

my machine

ip is 192.168.50.3 (there's no error)

That's fine. You can continue with 2nd stage by opening the VAMI link from a web browser:

https://ducale-vcenter.portogruaro.lan:5480.

If the link is not accessible from your local machine may be you could try from any other machine which is in 192.168.50 subnet.
