a) Is the issue noticed when you login from MY VMware Portal
b) Is the issue noticed only when you login directly to VMware Cloud Services
c) Where you able to login earlier
d) Is the issue noticed for all users

All Advisor login issues have been resolved from the back-end. If we continue to experience login issues, it is either because we are logging using CSP without migrating to it or if there is a specific permission issue.

Thank you for your resopnse.
Unfortunately, we are still getting same error. Please refer our response as mentioned below on requested information:
a) Is the issue noticed when you login from MY VMware Portal - Yes. Only Skyline Advisor login through my.vmware.com portal is resulting in that error. However Skyline Collector is working fine and is accessible.
b) Is the issue noticed only when you login directly to VMware Cloud Services - I have tried both the options - "Login Using Cloud Services" and also "Login using My VMware".
c) Were you able to login earlier - No, this is newly deployed setup of Skyline and it is 1st time login.
d) Is the issue noticed for all users - We have 1 acount only so far and it is not working on that.
