Active Directory password self service using IDM?

Is it possible to provide self service portal for users to manage their Active Directory passwords?

I know that IDM allows users to change their AD password if they remember their old password but how about changing a forgotten password, does IDM allow users to change this by sending out an email reset link etc?

As far as I know, we do not have an option for it. If you have password management system, you can redirect the user to it to reset the password.
